A £20 booking fee is required to secure your stylist appointment, and this amount will be processed at the time of booking. The £20 fee is redeemable towards any purchase made during your stylist appointment.

If you find it necessary to adjust the date or time of your appointment or cancel, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice by contacting us on 01873 855923. We will promptly refund the £20 charge if the notice is within the agreed timeframe.

Please ensure that you receive your stylist appointment confirmation email, as your booking will be considered incomplete until this confirmation is received. If the email is not received within 24 hours, please contact us at 01873 855923.
