When booking your consultation, we kindly request your card details via telephone to enable us to process a £20 fee before confirmation of the agreed time and date.

    If you need to adjust the date or time of your consultation, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice by emailing enquiries@alisontod.co.uk.

    For cancellations, we require at least 14 working days notice. If the cancellation notice is provided within this timeframe, we will refund the £20 fee.

    The £20 fee is redeemable against any purchase made during your consultation.

     If you choose not to make a purchase at the time of your consultation, the fee will not be refunded.
